This app is not worth the money. I have tried to contact customer service now three times and get no response. I think that they hope that if you give up, and they won't have to help you. I have now asked for a refund two times with zero response. Find a different app.

I just started this app yesterday. I never heard of it before seeing an advertisement. My initial thoughts after doing my 1st day of exercises including gut & cortisol exercises are positive. I hope to do the exercises on a daily basis to see results. I received an email requesting a phone appointment, thought that was a nice person touch. Mori called, she was very nice and informative walking me through the 12 week plan and what I can expect to be working on. Hope to see results.

constant buffering - switched over to the web portal, and same thing. very unusable for an exercise program.

this whole thing has been a nightmare. I was cautiously optimistic that this could help lose stubborn weight as well as help hormone induced hot flashes, but instead was greeted with a website that doesn't work (won't let you complete the purchase process without signing up for the monthly subscription) unhelpful customer service, and an app I can't even log into. When I called to cancel (within 30 minutes of purchase) I was told to try the app to get the refund. DON'T BUY!!!

they will not return messages to cancel. they are a scam. i have tried for 3 days to cancel. there is no phone number, and they do not answer their chat. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

I don't have any problem with the app its self, I just got way to busy to continue using. my issue came into canceling subscription I couldn't figure it out so I reached out through email and got nothing but did get a call from Nikki a manager and she helped me get it taken care of.

I haven't started using the app yet but I'm hopeful. Mori was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I wasn't thrilled with the pressure to purchase an extended program since I just want to try it out. She was very understanding of that. I start today and hopefully it helps me.

DON'T SIGN UP!!!!! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for days now and I haven't heard once from a person! I heard from AI which couldn't action my request! I am not happy with the communication or the customer service. Very terrible app - DO NOT SIGN UP! SOMEONE EMAIL ME!!!!!!! If I am charged again I WILL take this further. I expect a FULL refund from the very start as this has been nothing but stress!! Ironic considering it's supposed to support gut health - it's made it worse!
